What We Offer and Why.
EDC meets at the intersection of three key industries; Functional Fitness Coaching, Self Defense, and Concealed Carry Training.
Having a facility where you can connect what you do in the gym to what you learn from self defense and concealed carry training saves you time, money and honestly some heartache. Finding the right gym, then the right martial art studio and then top it off with finding a legitimate and certified firearms instructor can be a hassle. A hassle that turns people away from pursuing training that can literally save lives.
At EDC we want you to have a dedicated space and dedicated time to build your core fitness ability while you train your self defense and concealed carry skills. At the same time we wholly recognize that while all these things do go hand in hand to create an ecosystem that allows exponential growth from our members they are not all for everyone. That’s why we offer solutions within each of these bubbles.
We offer Self Defense Memberships, Fitness Memberships and Concealed Carry Memberships for those who want to focus in one area. We also offer a Prepared Membership which allows the member to combine any two memberships into one custom solution. Finally, we offer the Tactical Athlete Membership, which combines all three into a truly unique solution to your Readiness needs.

We believe that building real Readiness means that you are capable, trained and physically fit enough to endure an encounter.
Consistent Weekly Sessions
2 Group Self Defense Skills Classes Every week. We work the physical act of defense so you get the reps you need. You’ll learn how to engage opponents, create space, strike, block, pass, trap and more.
Course Vouchers and Guest Passes
We give you the tools to develop a self defense mindset. One focused on situational awareness and preparation. You’ll learn what to do and when to do it.
Scenario Nights
Our curriculum involves specific learnings throughout your progression. Use of force, conflict de-escalation, and learning about violent encounters are all part of making appropriate decisions.
Supplements
Our Self Defense members receive two class vouchers every month so they can participate in both virtual and in person sessions with certified professionals.
Self Defense
We believe that effective self defense is achieved through a combination of Physical and Mental Ability Enhanced by Knowledge and Training.
Physical Skills Training
2 Group Self Defense Skills Classes Every week. We work the physical act of defense so you get the reps you need. You’ll learn how to engage opponents, create space, strike, block, pass, trap and more.
Mentality
We give you the tools to develop a self defense mindset. One focused on situational awareness and preparation. You’ll learn what to do and when to do it.
Decision Making

Fitness
We believe that fitness is the foundation for everyday life. It contributes to mental health, quality of life and everyday satisfaction. Parents want to keep up with their kids, Athletes want to perform at their best, defenders need to have the capability to execute. No matter where you are now, we’re here to help.
Functional Fitness
We train for explosive strength and high intensity endurance. Through a combination of Crossfit, HIIT and traditional strength conditioning we build workouts that create a capable person, in everyday life or in the field.
Not for looks
We do not train for looks, we train for function. Our workouts are not designed to help you build any one physique or another. They are designed to help you build real strength and endurance, not camera muscles. Looking the way you’d like is a side effect, not the end goal.
Train Heroic
We are partnering with Train Heroic to build app based access to our workouts 6 days a week. The app will also support leaderboards and chat rooms so you can keep in touch with your group, celebrate milestones and lift each other up.
Group Support
This community is built to support anyone who commits to it. You show up and we work our butts off for you. We want you to feel good and see results. We have honest conversations based on accountability and we support all members as if they are family. No egos, no toxic gym culture, just positive reinforcement and support.
Concealed Carry
We support our everyday concealed carry members by providing access to equipment and training that supports learning in a safe, judgement free environment.
Modular Maze
We utilize American Range Walls in order to provide a completely modular setup for movement and manipulation training. This training allows you to move through a dynamic environment and engage shoot/no shoot targets using high fidelity airsoft replica firearms. The safest and most realistic way to learn this skill. No run is the same, we change the setup daily.
Simunitions
We utilize simulated ammunition to provide realistic marksmanship training. Navigate actual recoil impulses while you learn to utilize your firearm from concealment. Run range drills without the pressure of a live fire range or needing to deal with weather at an outdoor club. All in the safest format possible, simulated ammunition is very similar to airsoft but with more realistic recoil.
Use of Force
Part of our Concealed Carry Curriculum includes the USCCA’s Legal Use of Force Class. We make sure you understand a reasonable framework for decision making under pressure so you can keep yourself protected; physically, morally, legally and financially. We also dive into violent encounters and their aftermath so you know what to do after an incident.
Close Encounters
Allowing our concealed carry members to train marksmanship, movement and manipulation is a big part of the puzzle but not the only one. We also take time during our weekly member sessions to practice close encounters. Learning to shoot from concealment when the threat is within arms reach. We give you the physical practice you need to shoot from retention, earn your draw and keep your firearm retained.
