Squad Schedules:

Pick your dedicated class start time and schedule:

All weekly scheduled 1 hour Fitness, Self Defense and CCW Preparedness Classes operate on our squad based scheduling system; you pick the time and rotation you want to train and we add you to that squad. If you stack memberships our schedules are designed to mesh into one cohesive weekly routine for total readiness.

Your Squad is designed to build your community and give you the consistency you need to Train Every day.

There are two rotations available for every group class schedule:

Group Classes start in the mornings at 6:00AM, 7:00AM and 8:00AM. Evening Group Classes start at 5:00PM, 6:00PM and 7:00PM.

Fitness:

  • Monday, Wednesday and Saturday

  • Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday

Self Defense:

  • Tuesday & Thursday

  • Monday & Wednesday

Concealed Carry:

  • Friday and Sunday

  • Friday & Saturday
