Intro to Self Defense
Whether you’re completely new to self-defense or simply want to feel more confident in everyday situations, this 1 hour introductory course is designed to give you practical, easy-to-learn skills you can start using immediately.
This course is ideal for adults, college students, professionals, parents, and anyone looking to improve personal safety, awareness, and confidence — no experience or fitness background required.
What’s included:

Hands on skills training: Stances, Creating Space, Blocks, Strikes and how to stay on your feet.
A chance to win a free month of our self defense sessions.
First is a five minute review of the guide which covers:
Conflict prevention
Stances
Situational awareness
The OODA loop
Then it’s all hands on practice:
Non-Threatening defensive stance
Ways to create space
Blocking and strikes
Principles of staying on your feet
Seats are intentionally limited to ensure smaller groups for more 1:1 attention and content delivery.
It’ll be important for you to wear comfortable clothing and sneakers or flat sole, laced shoes (Vans, Converse, Barefoot or wrestling/Martial Art shoes are all acceptable but not required).
