Pick your dedicated class start time and schedule:
All weekly scheduled 1 hour Fitness, Self Defense and CCW Preparedness Classes operate on our squad based scheduling system; you pick the time and rotation you want to train and we add you to that squad. If you stack memberships our schedules are designed to mesh into one cohesive weekly routine for total readiness.
Group classes run 7 days a week. Your Squad is designed to build community and give you the consistency you need.
Squad meet times in the Mornings start at 6:00AM, 7:00AM and 8:00AM. Evenings at 5:00PM, 6:00PM and 7:00PM.
There are two rotations available for all programs:
Fitness:
Monday, Wednesday and Saturday during selected squad time
Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday during selected squad time
Self Defense:
Tuesday & Thursday during selected squad time
Monday & Wednesday during selected squad time
Concealed Carry:
Friday and Sunday during selected squad time
Friday & Saturday during selected squad time
Every Membership is meant to provide you with the most value possible within our facility.
For this membership we offer a few monthly options that cover the exclusive perks from two of our premium memberships:
Individual: (1 Adult and up to 2 children): $150
Pair: (2 Adults and up to 2 children): $200
Family: (2 Adults and up to 4 children) $250
*Kids over age 12 are welcome to accompany you and participate during your sessions or practice with you during open gym hours and will not be permitted into the younger kids play areas.
*Any children under age 5 can spend time in our toddler area while children 5-12 can play in our kids jungle gym area.
*We will also have a television with family friendly shows and games available to kids with parent approval.
We want this to be accessible to everyone in our community. If you do not have child care, bring your kids during open gym or your class time! All membership options include time in our toddler and kids areas while you attend a class or come to work out during open hours. Kids 12 and under are monitored by our staff and remain in open view of the workout area. While you are here crushing it, they are welcome to hang out and play.
If you decide to place a deposit you’re welcome to try us out for 1 week absolutely risk free after we open this summer. If you are not 100% satisfied with what we provide you, we will work on a resolution to your membership or provide a full refund on your membership cost and don’t worry, anything you purchased with your member codes is yours to keep at the price you paid.
