Advanced Self Defense Program (Coming Soon)

Students will continue refining the fundamentals while learning how to move, position, and make decisions under greater pressure and complexity.
What You’ll Learn
Advanced students will train in:
Defensive movement against multiple attackers
Positioning and awareness to avoid being surrounded
Practical defenses against common weapon threats
Advanced striking, blocking, passing, and trapping
Protecting innocent third parties
Prerequisite
Attended as a Beginner Self-Defense student (or instructor approval) and passing the level one skills assessment is required to ensure students are familiar with the core techniques and terminology used in this course.

Individuals seeking more advanced self-defense training
Adults, professionals, and parents who want greater preparedness
Anyone interested in developing practical defensive skills under more realistic conditions

Location:Iron Fit Gym, 435 W. Commercial Street in East Rochester
Tuition: $100 per month
Bonus: Includes one monthly guest pass, invite a friend to train for a day
Important Requirements
This is a physically active, skill-based course. Students are expected to participate fully in drills and partner exercises.
Please bring:
Comfortable athletic clothing
Sneakers or flat-soled, lace-up shoes
Water
A focused, open mindset
