Prerequisite

Attended as a Beginner Self-Defense student (or instructor approval) and passing the level one skills assessment is required to ensure students are familiar with the core techniques and terminology used in this course.

  • Individuals seeking more advanced self-defense training

  • Adults, professionals, and parents who want greater preparedness

  • Anyone interested in developing practical defensive skills under more realistic conditions

  • Location:Iron Fit Gym, 435 W. Commercial Street in East Rochester

  • Tuition: $100 per month

  • Bonus: Includes one monthly guest pass, invite a friend to train for a day

Important Requirements

This is a physically active, skill-based course. Students are expected to participate fully in drills and partner exercises.

Please bring:

  • Comfortable athletic clothing

  • Sneakers or flat-soled, lace-up shoes

  • Water

  • A focused, open mindset
